Frankincense & Myrrh Resin

This Frankincense resin is 100% natural Boswellia Sacra. It smells just divine. Resin incense is the original incense of temples, churches and ancient rites.

Myrrh resin is a natural gum. It has been used historically as a perfume, incense and medicine. Myrrh is used externally in liniments for bruises, aches, and sprains or healing salves that can be applied to abrasions and other minor skin ailments. Myrrh is used as an antiseptic in mouthwashes, gargles, and toothpastes. It has also been shown to be effective in fighting certain types of parasitic infections.

Place a small amount of resin on top of a charcoal disk, make sure the disk is on a heat resistant surface or coaster. Never hold the charcoal with your hands, some put the charcoal disk on a bed of sand or salt to absorb the heat. Light the disk and let the magic begin.
